Once I have registered, can I still change my personal details?

You will no longer be able to change personal details like your name, address and ID Number after you have signed up. This is done for the safety and security of your account.

In special cases, Customer Support will be able to assist with the change of certain data - mobile no and address - but these changes will require a re-submission of your FICA documents.
