My withdrawal isn’t reflecting, what can I do?


If you requested a withdrawal after 12pm during weekdays or over weekends your withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible the following weekday morning. After that, it may take up to 48 hours for your bank to clear the funds into your account.

You can view the status of your withdrawal in the My Account section. 

If you have any concerns over your withdrawal you can contact Customer Support who will give you an update on your withdrawal status.
